I love this quote "Strong is the new skinny". I started working out and eating well Febuary 4th 2011. About 2 weeks into it I started to feel better and have more energy during the day. Next week I am going to the "bod pod" to see what my bmi is now and to see what I have to do to get to a healthy bmi. I am going to be brave here and post my weight and size, I really have never wanted to say those things outloud and admit how big I have gotten over the years. This will be nice to look back on and see how far I have come.
Today 3/27/2011 I weight 226, wear a size 20 uniform pant. When I go to the bod pod I will accurate information and every 3 months I will go back for my current bmi results. I look forward to this journey.
